How to Create Your Account and Sign In

This article walks you through creating an ArcPrime account, setting your password, and signing in for the first time.

Prerequisites

  • An invitation email from your organization's ArcPrime administrator, or a direct link to your workspace sign-up page

Steps

  1. Open the sign-up link from your invitation email, or go to your organization's ArcPrime workspace URL.

  2. Select your preferred sign-in method:

  • Click Sign up with SSO if your organization uses single sign-on. Enter your work email and click Continue with SSO. You will be redirected to your identity provider to complete authentication.

  • Click Sign in with Google to use your Google work account.

  • Enter your email address and create a password in the Email and Password fields. Your password must meet the strength requirements shown below the field. Click Register.

  • Click Use Magic Link to receive a one-time sign-in link via email instead of creating a password.

  1. After registering, you are redirected to the ArcPrime Dashboard. Your administrator has already assigned your role and permissions, which control what you can see and do.

Signing In After Account Creation

  1. Open your organization's ArcPrime workspace URL.

  2. On the sign-in page, select your method:

  • Click Sign in with SSO and enter your email, then click Continue with SSO.

  • Click Sign in with Google.

  • Enter your Email and Password, then click Log In.

  • Click Use Magic Link to receive a link in your inbox.

  1. If you forget your password, click Reset Password on the sign-in page. Enter your email address to receive a password reset link.

Note: If your organization requires SSO, the email/password option will not work. You will see a message directing you to use the SSO sign-in method.
