The patent draft review feature analyzes draft patent documents for quality issues, Section 112 compliance, concept coverage, and claims best practices. It helps counsel identify gaps and weaknesses before sending a draft to outside counsel or the patent office.

Key Capabilities
Section 112 analysis -- ArcPrime reviews the draft for written description, enablement, and definiteness issues. Each finding includes the specific text and a recommendation.
Concept coverage -- ArcPrime checks whether the claims adequately cover the invention concepts described in the disclosure.
Claims best practices -- ArcPrime evaluates claim structure, language, and formatting against patent drafting best practices. Findings are categorized by severity.
Issue summary -- A high-level count of issues found across all review categories, organized by risk.
Version history -- ArcPrime stores reviews for each draft version so you can track improvement over time.
How It Works
When a draft document is uploaded to a disclosure, ArcPrime can automatically run a draft review or you can trigger it manually. The review analyzes the full draft and produces findings organized into three tabs:
Section 112 identifies potential issues with written description support, enablement, and claim definiteness. Each finding cites the specific claim language and explains the concern.
Concept Coverage compares the invention concepts in the disclosure summary against the claims in the draft. It highlights concepts that may lack adequate claim coverage.
Claims Best Practices evaluates whether claims follow drafting conventions -- such as proper antecedent basis, consistent terminology, and appropriate claim scope.
Each review finding includes a severity level to help you prioritize which issues to address first.
