ArcPrime's e-signature workflow lets you collect inventor signatures on disclosure documents electronically, eliminating the need for paper forms, wet signatures, or third-party signing tools.

Key Capabilities
Draw, choose, or upload -- Inventors can draw their signature on screen, select from font-based options, or upload a signature image.
Document-based signing -- Signatures are collected on specific documents that your organization configures as signable.
Status tracking -- View the signature status of each inventor at a glance: pending, signed, or reminded.
Automated reminders -- Send reminders to inventors who have not yet signed.
Audit trail -- ArcPrime records when each signature was created and applied, providing a complete signing history.
How It Works
After a disclosure is created and inventors are assigned, internal counsel can request signatures from the listed inventors. Each inventor receives a notification with a link to the signing page. The inventor opens the link, reviews the document, creates their signature, and signs.
Counsel can monitor signing progress from the disclosure detail page. The Inventor Signatures table shows each inventor's name, email, and current signing status. Counsel can send reminders to inventors who have not yet completed their signatures.
Signature documents and their signing requirements are configured in Signature Settings by your organization's administrator.
