Prerequisites

  • You have tasks on your dashboard.

Steps

Sorting Tasks

  1. Click Display in the top-right corner of the dashboard.

  2. Under Sort, select a sort field: Priority, Due Date, or Status.

  3. Click the arrow icon next to the sort dropdown to toggle between ascending and descending order.

  4. Click Apply to save your changes.

Filtering by Task Type or Internal Counsel

  1. Set your Grouping to either Task Type or Internal Counsel (see How to Customize Your Dashboard).

  2. Filter chips appear below the dashboard header. Click a chip to show only tasks in that group.

  3. Click All to return to the full view.

πŸ“· Filter chips showing task type options like "Office Action Response," "Maintenance Fee," and "Signature Request" with one chip selected

Filtering by Due Date, Task Type, or Counsel via URL

Filters for due date range, task type, and internal counsel are also supported through URL parameters. Your filters persist across sessions so the dashboard loads with your last configuration.

Tip: Combine grouping and sorting for a focused view. Group by internal counsel and sort by due date to see each attorney's most urgent tasks first.
