How to Customize Your Dashboard

Customize your ArcPrime task dashboard by adjusting grouping, sorting, column layout, and display preferences

This article explains how to change your dashboard's grouping, sorting, and visible columns.

Steps

Changing the Grouping

  1. Click Display in the top-right corner of the dashboard.

  2. Under Grouping, click the dropdown and select one of three options:

    • Status β€” Groups tasks into Open, In Progress, Blocked, Completed, and Cancelled.

    • Internal Counsel β€” Groups tasks by the assigned attorney.

    • Task Type β€” Groups tasks by their type (e.g., office action deadlines, signature requests).

  3. Click Apply.

Changing the Sort Order

  1. Click Display in the top-right corner.

  2. Under Sort, select Priority, Due Date, or Status.

  3. Click the arrow icon to switch between ascending and descending order.

  4. Click Apply.

Showing or Hiding Columns

  1. Click Display in the top-right corner.

  2. In the Columns section, click a column name to toggle it on or off. Available columns include:

    • Priority

    • Docket Number

    • Title

    • Status

    • Task Type

    • Internal Counsel

    • Due Date

  3. Click Apply.

Note: The column used for grouping is automatically hidden from the column list. For example, if you group by status, the status column does not appear as a toggle option.

Resetting to Defaults

  1. Click Display in the top-right corner.

  2. Click Clear at the bottom of the popover.

  3. Click Apply. The dashboard resets to the default view: grouped by status, sorted by due date ascending, with all columns visible.
