Key Capabilities
My Inventions — View every disclosure you have submitted or been listed on. See the current status, submission date, and any associated patents.
AI Interviews — Participate in voice or text-based AI interviews that gather technical details about your invention. The interview link arrives via email or appears on your Dashboard.
Document Signing — Review and electronically sign assignment documents, declarations, and other required paperwork directly in ArcPrime.
Awards Tracking — Check pending awards, payment history, and total amounts earned from your patent contributions.
Dashboard — See pending tasks at a glance, including interview invitations, signature requests, and status updates.
How It Works
When your organization's IP team adds you to ArcPrime as an inventor, you receive an invitation email with a link to create your account. After signing in, you land on the Dashboard, which shows any tasks that need your attention.
The navigation bar is streamlined for inventors. You see Dashboard, My Inventions, and Awards. There are no patent lists, analytics dashboards, or configuration settings to navigate. Everything you need is within a few clicks.
Your IP team manages the patent process behind the scenes. When they need something from you -- a signature, an interview, additional technical details -- a task appears on your Dashboard. You complete the task and move on. ArcPrime handles the rest.
