Welcome to ArcPrime. As an inventor you submit your ideas, take part in AI interviews, sign documents, and track your awards. This guide covers what you see and where to start.
Before You Begin
You need an active ArcPrime account with the Inventor role. Follow the link in your invitation email to create it.
Your workspace administrator sets your role and your access. You do not configure anything yourself.

Step 1: Explore Your Navigation
Your navigation bar is shorter than the one your IP team sees. Across the top you will find:
Dashboard — Your workspace home. What loads here follows the permissions your administrator granted you.
Disclosures — Hover to reveal List, which holds every invention disclosure you can reach.
My Awards — Your inventor award record.
Some inventor accounts see a permission message on the Dashboard. Start at Disclosures > List instead, and ask your IP team if you expected more. Inventor accounts do not get the search bar that internal staff use.
Step 2: Open Your Disclosures
Hover over Disclosures and select List. The header reads Disclosures above the page title List.
By default each row shows Docket Number, Title, Inventors, Filing Score, and Date Created. Click a row to open that disclosure.
Step 3: Submit a New Disclosure
Open Disclosures > List and click Submit Disclosure.
Select one of four options: Upload Documents, Start Voice Interview, Chat with AI, or Input data manually.
Select Upload Documents to attach files, then click Upload & Create IDF. ArcPrime fills the disclosure form from what you attached.
Review every field before you finish. Your IP team reviews the submission after you send it.

Step 4: Take Part in an AI Interview
Your IP team may invite you to an AI interview about your invention. ArcPrime asks targeted questions and captures the technical detail that strengthens the patent application.
You can also start one yourself. Click Submit Disclosure, then select Start Voice Interview or Chat with AI.

Step 5: Sign Documents
Your IP team may ask you to sign assignment documents or declarations. See Signing Documents as an Inventor for how the request reaches you and how to sign it.
Step 6: Check Your Awards
Click My Awards in the navigation bar. The page lists each award with Patent/Application, Inventors, Type, Amount, Status, and Due Date.

Your IP team runs the rest of the patent process. Contact them when you need access to something you cannot reach.
Tip: Bookmark your ArcPrime workspace address. Signing in takes you straight back to your disclosures and awards.
