The Inventor Portal gives inventors direct access to their disclosures, AI interviews, signature requests, and awards. You can check status on your own without asking in-house counsel for updates. The portal keeps the navigation short so you can find what you need in a few clicks.
Key Capabilities
Disclosures — Open Disclosures > List to see every invention disclosure you can reach, with its docket number, title, inventors, filing score, and creation date.
My Inventions — See the disclosures and patents that name you, each with its current stage, on separate Disclosures and Patents tabs.
Four ways to submit — Click Submit Disclosure and choose Upload Documents, Start Voice Interview, Chat with AI, or Input data manually. ArcPrime fills the form from what you upload or say.
AI interviews — Take part in a voice or chat interview that gathers the technical detail your IP team needs. Start one yourself, or accept an invitation.
Document signing — Review and electronically sign assignment documents, declarations, and other paperwork your IP team sends you.
My Awards — Check each award's type, amount, status, and due date in one table.
Dashboard — Your workspace home, subject to the access your administrator granted.
AI assistant — Ask about your own disclosures and patents, such as where each one stands or what a disclosure says.
How It Works
When your organization's IP team adds you to ArcPrime as an inventor, you receive an invitation email with a link to create your account. After signing in, you land on the Dashboard.
The navigation bar shows Dashboard, Disclosures, My Inventions, and My Awards. There are no portfolio-wide patent lists or analytics dashboards to navigate. Inventor accounts do not get the search bar.
The AI assistant button is the round ArcPrime mark at the right end of the navigation bar, next to your avatar. The assistant answers only about the disclosures you can open and the patents that name you as an inventor, never about the wider portfolio. To ask the same questions from your own AI client, such as Claude Desktop, connect it from Settings > MCP.
Your IP team manages the patent process behind the scenes. When they need a signature, an interview, or more technical detail from you, the request reaches you by email. You complete it and move on.
