The Inventor Portal gives inventors direct access to their disclosures, AI interviews, signature requests, and awards. You can check status on your own without asking in-house counsel for updates. The portal keeps the navigation short so you can find what you need in a few clicks.
Key Capabilities
Disclosures — Open Disclosures > List to see every invention disclosure you can reach, with its docket number, title, inventors, filing score, and creation date.
Four ways to submit — Click Submit Disclosure and choose Upload Documents, Start Voice Interview, Chat with AI, or Input data manually. ArcPrime fills the form from what you upload or say.
AI interviews — Take part in a voice or chat interview that gathers the technical detail your IP team needs. Start one yourself, or accept an invitation.
Document signing — Review and electronically sign assignment documents, declarations, and other paperwork your IP team sends you.
My Awards — Check each award's type, amount, status, and due date in one table.
Dashboard — See what needs your attention, subject to the access your administrator granted.
How It Works
When your organization's IP team adds you to ArcPrime as an inventor, you receive an invitation email with a link to create your account. After signing in, you land on the Dashboard.
The navigation bar shows Dashboard, Disclosures, and My Awards. There are no patent lists, analytics dashboards, or configuration settings to navigate. Inventor accounts do not get the search bar or the AI assistant that internal staff use.
Your IP team manages the patent process behind the scenes. When they need a signature, an interview, or more technical detail from you, the request reaches you by email or on your Dashboard. You complete it and move on.
