Invention disclosures are the starting point of every patent in ArcPrime. A disclosure captures the core details of an invention and moves through a structured lifecycle -- from initial submission by an inventor, through internal review and prior art analysis, to a final committee decision on whether to file.

Key Capabilities
Structured submission -- Inventors submit disclosures manually or by uploading documents for AI-assisted auto-fill.
Stage-based workflow -- Each disclosure moves through configurable stages that reflect your organization's review process.
AI-powered analysis -- ArcPrime generates prior art searches, questions for inventors, and draft reviews automatically.
Committee review -- Patent committee members vote on disclosures and leave comments visible to internal counsel.
Signature collection -- Collect inventor signatures electronically before sending disclosures to outside counsel.
How It Works
When an inventor submits a disclosure, ArcPrime creates a record with a unique docket number and places it in the first stage of your workflow. From there, internal counsel reviews the disclosure, runs AI-assisted prior art searches, and generates clarifying questions for the inventor. The disclosure advances through stages until it reaches a committee vote or a final approval decision. Once approved, ArcPrime assigns internal and external counsel, sets filing jurisdictions, and prepares the disclosure for outside counsel.
