Correspondence tracking in ArcPrime automatically captures and organizes all email communication related to your patents. Every email, attachment, and document is linked to the correct patent record, giving you a complete communication history without manual filing.

How It Works

When your team sends or receives patent-related emails, ArcPrime captures them through a custom email address. Each email is analyzed, matched to the correct patent, and filed automatically. You can view all correspondence for a patent by clicking Correspondence in the patent detail sidebar.

The correspondence view displays entries in a table with title and date columns. Click any entry to view the full email content, including sender, recipients, subject, body, and attachments. Attachments can be opened in ArcPrime's built-in document viewer.
