Key Capabilities
Automatic email capture β ArcPrime monitors a custom email address and links incoming emails to the correct patent based on docket numbers and case references.
Organized by patent β Each patent's correspondence view shows only the emails and documents relevant to that case. No searching through a shared inbox.
Attachment tracking β Email attachments are extracted and stored alongside the correspondence. Open PDFs, images, and documents directly in ArcPrime.
Tabbed navigation β Correspondence is organized by type (emails, documents, office actions, draft reviews) so you can find what you need quickly.
Stage detection β ArcPrime identifies the prosecution stage from email content, helping you track where each case stands without manual updates.
How It Works
When your team sends or receives patent-related emails, ArcPrime captures them through a custom email address. Each email is analyzed, matched to the correct patent, and filed automatically. You can view all correspondence for a patent by clicking Correspondence in the patent detail sidebar.
The correspondence view displays entries in a table with title and date columns. Click any entry to view the full email content, including sender, recipients, subject, body, and attachments. Attachments can be opened in ArcPrime's built-in document viewer.
