This article explains how to attach files to tasks for reference when working on patent or disclosure actions.

Prerequisites
The task is associated with a patent or disclosure.
Steps
Open the Tasks dashboard.
Click the task row to navigate to the associated patent or disclosure detail page.
On the detail page, locate the task in the tasks section.
Click the task to expand its details.
Use the document attachment area to upload or attach relevant files.
Drag and drop a file into the upload area, or click to browse your computer.
The file appears in the task's attachment list once uploaded.
Attached documents stay linked to the task and are accessible to anyone with permission to view the patent or disclosure.
Note: Task attachments are stored on the patent or disclosure record. Any team member with access to that record can view attached files.
