Prerequisites

  • An active ArcPrime account with permissions to view unit balance and transactions (Administrator, Internal Counsel, or Internal Paralegal roles)

Steps

  1. Click your avatar in the upper-right corner of the navigation bar. Select Settings.

  2. In the settings sidebar under My Account, click Units. The Units page opens.

  3. Review your Balance in the upper-right corner of the page. The balance shows the total remaining units in your workspace. The border color indicates your balance health:

    • Green β€” Sufficient units remaining

    • Orange β€” Balance is getting low

    • Red β€” Units are depleted

  4. Scroll down to the List of usage table. Each row shows:

    • Case β€” The patent or disclosure name associated with the action.

    • Task β€” The type of AI action that was performed (for example, Prior Art Search, OA Response, Deep Research, CON Recommendation, or Draft Proofread). Click the task name to open the result directly.

    • Units Spent β€” The number of units deducted for this action.

    • Date β€” When the action was performed.

  5. Click the column headers for Units Spent or Date to sort the table in ascending or descending order.

  6. If the table has multiple pages, use the pagination controls at the bottom to navigate between pages.

Note: If your unit balance reaches zero, AI-powered features will not be available until additional units are added to your workspace. Contact support at [email protected] or your account manager to discuss adding units.
