Open Patents &gt; Portfolio &gt; Taxonomy and click Product on the header line. The As of date beside it shows when the product taxonomy was generated.

Read the sunburst. The inner ring shows segments and the outer ring shows product lines.

Before selecting anything, read All Product Lines on the right. It lists each segment with its revenue range and a Total revenue across segments. Segments without data read No estimate.

Click a segment or product line. The panel shows:

- Revenue, with the year and a pill reading Reported (from filing) or Estimated.
- Assigned Products, listing the products mapped to that product line with links to their websites. A segment reads No products assigned yet, because products are assigned to product lines rather than to the segment above them.

Click a product to open its website in a new tab.

Click Technology to return to the technology view. The selection does not carry across views.

Filing recommendations score each new invention disclosure on how well it aligns with the products you ship, so the revenue behind a product line informs the decision. On the Charts page and competitor company pages, product revenue appears as Est. Product Annual Revenue, and company revenue as Est. Company Annual Revenue.

The product taxonomy is generated by ArcPrime. To correct a segment, a product line, or a revenue figure, contact support from Settings &gt; Workspace Data &gt; Taxonomy.

Tip: Compare the product view with the technology view before a filing decision. A technology that is under-filed but protects your highest-revenue product line deserves the budget first.
