The Report Generator lets you ask questions about your patent portfolio in natural language and get answers as tables and charts. Instead of building complex filters or exporting data to spreadsheets, describe what you need and ArcPrime generates the report.

Key Capabilities
Natural language questions β Ask questions the way you would ask a colleague. ArcPrime interprets your request and pulls the relevant data.
Table output β Results appear as a structured table with sortable columns, clickable patent links, and formatted data.
Chart visualization β Switch between table and chart views. ArcPrime generates bar charts, line charts, or pie charts based on the data.
Suggested questions β Pre-built question suggestions help you get started and demonstrate what the Report Generator can do.
Save and manage reports β Save reports for quick access later. Rename or delete saved reports from the My Reports page.
How It Works
Open Report Generator from the sidebar. Enter a question in the input field at the bottom of the page, such as "How many patents do we have broken down by granted vs. pending?" ArcPrime processes your request and generates a report.
Results appear as a table by default. Use the Chart and Table tabs to switch views. The chart view automatically selects the most appropriate chart type based on your data.
If you are unsure what to ask, click any of the suggested question cards displayed on the main page. These cover common questions like filing breakdowns, spending analysis, and inventor activity.
