The awards feature in ArcPrime helps you manage inventor incentive programs by tracking awards tied to patent and disclosure milestones. It provides two views -- by patent and by inventor -- so you can manage both the program and individual payments.

Key Capabilities
Milestone-based awards — Create awards tied to filing bonuses, issue bonuses, innovation awards, milestone bonuses, and commercialization bonuses.
Disclosure awards — Tie awards to disclosure-specific award flows configured for your workspace.
Inventor share allocation — Split award amounts across multiple inventors with percentage-based shares.
Two management views — View awards organized by patent (By Patent tab) or by inventor (By Inventor tab).
Payment tracking — Track payment status, mark awards as paid, and export data for your finance team.
Export to CSV — Download award data for reporting and reconciliation.
How It Works
Open Patents > Awards from the sidebar. The By Patent tab shows all awards aggregated by their associated patent or disclosure. Each row displays the patent docket number, award type, total amount, status, and due date.
Switch to the By Inventor tab to see awards grouped by inventor. This view shows each inventor's total amount owed, email, and award date. Expand any inventor row to see the breakdown of individual awards across patents and disclosures.
