The task dashboard is the first screen you see when you open ArcPrime. It organizes every pending action across your patent and disclosure portfolio into a single view, so you always know what needs attention.

Key Capabilities

  • Unified task view β€” All tasks from patents and disclosures appear in one list, regardless of where they originated.

  • Overdue tracking β€” Overdue tasks surface automatically within each group so nothing falls through the cracks.

How It Works

When you open ArcPrime, the dashboard loads your tasks grouped by status: Open, In Progress, Blocked, Completed, and Cancelled. Each group shows a count of tasks and can be collapsed or expanded.

Every task row displays the associated docket number, title, and due date. Click any task row to open the associated patent or disclosure detail page. You can update priority and status directly from the dashboard by clicking the flag icon or status icon on each row.
