The trademark list gives you a central view of every trademark record in your ArcPrime workspace. It tracks each mark as a family of filings across jurisdictions, with statuses, classes, dates, and office correspondence for each filing.
Key Capabilities
Two list modes — Switch between Marks, one row per mark, and Filings, one row per jurisdiction filing.
Family view — Each mark's detail page shows a jurisdiction tree with a class-coverage grid, including Madrid designations and Paris priority links.
Rich filters — Filter by mark type, status, class, country, IP procedure, filing basis, priority country, and five date ranges.
Sortable, customizable columns — Sort by internal ID, dates, or priority claims, and choose the visible columns from Display.
Office sync — Statuses and key fields refresh weekly from the USPTO and EUIPO; changes that need a decision wait in the Changelog.
Correspondence and documents — Each trademark has a correspondence view that combines office documents, emails, and attachments.
How It Works
Open Trademarks > List from the top navigation. The Trademarks menu also holds Budget, for trademark spend, and Changelog, for synced office changes. Users with trademark-only roles land on this list when they sign in, since they have no patent dashboard.
The list opens in Marks mode. Click Filings to see one row per filing, with columns such as Route, Status, Classes, Next Deadline, and Owner. Click a mark to open its detail page, or click a flag in the Countries column to open a specific filing.
The detail page sidebar shows the selected filing's status, filing basis, key dates, internal and external IDs, and owner. The main area shows the mark name and image, the next maintenance task, the Family grid, and the Classes and Description sections. Click a country or a class dot in the Family grid to switch the page to that filing.
Common Use Cases
Use Case | How ArcPrime Helps |
Multi-country filing | Track the same mark across jurisdictions, including Madrid designations, in one family grid |
Class portfolio review | Filter by class, or scan the Family grid's dots, to see coverage per jurisdiction |
Renewal planning | Use Filings mode and sort by Next Deadline to see upcoming maintenance filings |
Keeping records current | Review weekly office updates in the Changelog instead of checking office sites by hand |
