Prerequisites
Your workspace has office sync enabled (see how synced trademark changes work).
Your role can decide on staged trademark changes. Without it you can view the queue but not act on it.
Steps
Open Trademarks > Changelog from the top navigation.
Click the Todo tab. Each row is one proposed change. It shows the mark, the filing, the field, the current value, the incoming office value, and the date it was added.
Click a row. The Change Value modal opens and shows the mark and filing as plain text, the field name, and the current and incoming values side by side.
Decide on the change:
Click Keep Current to reject the incoming value. The row leaves the queue and the record is unchanged.
Click Take Incoming (USPTO) or Take Incoming (EUIPO) to apply the office value to the filing.
Repeat for the remaining rows. When the queue is empty, the tab reads No pending updates.
What Happens After a Decision
Applying a change writes it to the filing and records a row in the Updates tab, so the change is visible in the mark's history. If several office values were waiting for the same field, applying one clears the others.
The incoming value is applied exactly as the office reported it. If it needs adjusting afterwards, edit the filing or use the Updates tab to change the value.
Only changes that ArcPrime cannot apply safely land in the queue. Today that means office statuses with no matching status in your workspace; other supported changes apply automatically and appear under Updates.
Tip: Click the mark name in a row to open the trademark in a new tab. Check the full record before deciding.
