How It Works
When you sign in to ArcPrime, you land on the Dashboard. This is your command center, showing tasks across disclosures, patents, and operational activities grouped by status. The top navigation bar gives you access to Disclosures, Patents (with sub-sections for Strategy, List, Changelog, Awards, and Projects), Inventors, and Reports. A global search bar lets you find any patent or disclosure instantly. The AI assistant is available from any page to answer questions about your portfolio.
Your workspace administrator assigns roles and permissions to control what each team member can see and do. Inventors see a streamlined view focused on their submissions and awards. Internal counsel and paralegals have full access to patent management, analytics, and workflow tools.
