Before You Begin
You need an active ArcPrime account. See Creating Your Account and Signing In if you have not set one up yet.
Your navigation options depend on your assigned role and permissions. Inventors see a simplified view; internal staff see the full interface.
Step 1: The Top Navigation Bar
The navigation bar runs across the top of every page. From left to right, you will find:
ArcPrime logo β Click to return to the Dashboard from any page.
Dashboard β Your home screen showing tasks grouped by status and priority.
Disclosures β Hover to reveal a dropdown with List (all disclosures) and Inventor Interviews (manage AI interview campaigns). Inventor Interviews is visible to internal staff only.
Patents β Hover to reveal Strategy (taxonomy, portfolio analytics, competitive landscape, pruning, and claim charts), List (all patents), Changelog (recent changes), Awards (inventor award tracking), and Projects (group patents for analysis).
Inventors β View and manage all inventors in your workspace. Inventors themselves see this as My Inventions.
Reports β Generate and view saved reports. Visible to internal staff only.
Trademarks β Manage trademark records. Visible to internal staff only, separated by a divider.

Step 2: Using Search
The search bar sits in the upper-right area of the navigation bar. Click into it and begin entering a patent number, application number, disclosure title, or keyword. As you type, ArcPrime shows matching results in a dropdown with patent and disclosure suggestions. Click a result to open it directly.
Step 3: Accessing the AI Assistant
Click the AI assistant icon (to the right of the search bar) to open the assistant panel. The AI assistant can answer questions about your portfolio, help you find specific patents or disclosures, and provide analysis. It is available from any page in ArcPrime.
Tip: The AI assistant is not available to inventor-only accounts. If you do not see the assistant icon, contact your workspace administrator about your role.
Step 4: The User Menu
Click your avatar in the upper-right corner to open the user menu. From here you can:
Switch between workspaces if you belong to more than one organization.
Open Settings to manage your profile, workspace configuration, and preferences.
Click Contact Support to reach the ArcPrime support team.
Click Logout to sign out.
