Key Capabilities
Competitor product discovery β ArcPrime identifies products from tracked competitors and other companies that may practice your patent claims.
Claim chart generation β For each identified product, ArcPrime generates claim charts that map patent claims against product features and public evidence.
Fidelity scoring β Each product match receives a fidelity rating (Quick Scan or High) that reflects the depth of analysis and evidence quality.
Revenue intelligence β Where available, ArcPrime surfaces estimated revenue data for identified products to help prioritize enforcement.
Library document analysis β In addition to competitor products, you can analyze documents from your library to assess coverage against internal targets.
Continuation targeting β Deep research results flow directly into continuation recommendations, helping you identify where to file continuations that strengthen coverage against specific products.
How It Works
Open a patent and navigate to the Deep Research tab. Click Run Deep Research to configure and start the analysis. You select which tracked competitors to include, whether to discover untracked companies, and whether to include library documents.
The analysis runs in the background. ArcPrime notifies you when results are ready. Results are organized into three groups: tracked competitor products, other discovered companies, and library document matches.
Click any company row to expand it and see its products. Click a product to open the full claim chart detail with element-by-element coverage, evidence sources, and legal argument support.
